Welcome to Invicta ...

Invicta Voices and Invicta Upper Voices are two of London’s leading a cappella chamber choirs. Originally formed primarily from University of Kent alumni choral scholars, the choirs perform a vast array of vocal music, ranging from traditional choral polyphony to European premieres of new music by leading contemporary composers.

The singers come from all walks of life, including; teachers, musicians, lawyers, consultants and film producers to name just a few. Although we have a diverse range of backgrounds, we are all united in our shared passion for music and choral singing.

Since Invicta’s inception in 2014, the choirs have performed at many prestigious venues across London including The House of Lords, The Gresham Centre, St James’s Piccadilly and Kings Place as well as performing on tour in Germany and at Canterbury Cathedral.

The choirs are also very fortunate to have a wonderful relationship with our home church and rehearsal venue, St Margaret Pattens, in the City of London.
Invicta is proudly affiliated to the Eureka! Foundation.
